With over 20 years of medical experience, including more than a decade in emergency medicine, Dr. Howell crafts personalized, data-driven treatment plans that optimize health, wellness, and aesthetic results.
He also co-founded the National Aesthetic Laser Institute, providing essential certification pathways for aspiring aestheticians and advancing the field nationally.
