Dr. Howell M.D., is a member of both the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Howell specializes in Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine but is also a practicing Emergency Room physician with three years’ experience in general surgery.

A native of Baton Rouge, Dr. Howell graduated from Catholic High School. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology. After UT he attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine at New Orleans, receiving his Doctorate of Medicine.
